What Primal Pulse Music collects

If you join the mailing list, we store your email address and the time you consented. If you send a partnership inquiry, we store your name, email, message, and submission time. The private creator studio uses your ChatGPT sign-in identity only to protect creator controls. Privacy-limited visit statistics record the hour, entry section, broad device type, country code, referring website, and campaign label when a promotional link includes one. They do not store raw IP addresses, names, email addresses, Power Test answers, or a persistent visitor identifier.

Why the data is used

Mailing-list data is used to send releases and project news after consent. Inquiry data is used to respond to the message you send. Creator identity data is used for security. Anonymous visit statistics are used only to understand site traffic and improve content. Primal Pulse Music does not sell personal information. Power Test answers and scores are calculated on your device and are not submitted to us.

Spotify and external media

Spotify players are blocked until you choose to load external media. After loading a player, Spotify may process technical and account information under its own privacy terms. You can refuse and still use the rest of this website.

Retention and your rights

Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain business records. Anonymous visit events are automatically removed after 90 days. Under European data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability and may withdraw consent.
